I found a new restaurant (well new to me) to visit the next time I return to Las Vegas. The egg sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in a long time. From the fresh brioche bread to the jalapeno bacon - it was very good. The waitstaff was very nice and the food was very fresh.

If you follow me, you know how much I appreciate a well prepared and presented meal. This place fires on all 8 cylinders!! I takes skill, finesse, a carnal knowledge of the kitchen, andxwell executed recipes beyond compare. La Madre set a very high mark! Our Chef, Mairo was in charge and it showed. We went during happy hour and glad we did too! My steak, a 14oz NY steak cooked perfect medium. Boss level skils to get it perfect. Also ordered the Salmon skampi. Heathly portion, tasty presentation and again, perfectly prepared. Enjoy up to half off your entree during happy hour, we did!! Easily earned the #Nofeardining hashtag. We celebrated my girlfriends birthday on Wednesday 5/27/26. We started with 12 guests and then ended up with 15. The Server Paula was awesome and the Manager Greg was so great. He made help make our celebrations special by bringing celebratory Champagne and deserts. The food was great and with so many guests it still came out in a good time! We will definitely be back!

This restaurant has been renamed and remodeled. The new look is beautiful. The staff is friendly and responsive. Jacqui and Yahaira were great. We were informed that special cheese Danishes had just been taken out of the oven. With that information, I ordered and devoured one of the best pastries ever. I also had a burrata vegetable omelet. It was very good too. I will be back. Congratulations on the makeover. On our next visit, Larissa guided us to excellent menu items-the grilled asparagus was great, green beans almonds etc was also great. Wonderful dinner!

Stopped by for lunch, had the chicken pesto sandwich, delicious.
