The food it on another level. The French dip is amazing and you can go wrong with anything on the breakfast menu.

If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot in Vegas, DO NOT sleep on this place! It’s a family owned business and their service & food are top tier. They have an assortment of pastries and their Nutella Latte is FIRE! So if you’re looking for a local business to support, check them out!

Our server Jacqui was so kind and attentive. The chicken and waffles & birria tacos are a MUST! 10/10

La Madre Canyon Grill was a lucky find as we came out of Red Rock Canyon after hiking and sightseeing. The space is clean, with lots of big windows that allow tons of natural light. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our server was happy to explain any menu items and made excellent suggestions. Everyone enjoyed their selections. I had fish tacos that were fantastic. Generous portions of grilled fish, light and delicious greens and a bright crema topped three tacos in corn tortillas that were the perfect proportion of crisp to chewy. I highly recommend La Madre Canyon Grill.

I have been there twice so far it’s 30 minutes away from where I live but definitely worth the drive. I ordered the breakfast burrito and those incredibly out of this world banana pudding pancakes you’re literally feel like a putting on the inside after eating them because they’re so damn yummy 🤣 the portions was very large. I shared it with my daughter. I left my credit card there I think maybe mentally I was making an excuse for me to go back lol and I did and ordered the youngest chocolate muffin OMG. Customer service is excellent and the vibe in the music they played was definitely a great place to check out

Absolutely delightful dinner. Ordered a Salisbury steak, which was their play on the 1950s style TV dinner and it did not disappoint. It was incredibly delicious, and the mushrooms in the potatoes really made the dish something special!

The food is consistently fresh and full of flavor, and the cocktails? Next-level. The bartending team is truly one of a kind—creative, talented, and always crafting something delicious. What really sets La Madre apart is the management. They go above and beyond to create a sense of community, greeting returning guests by name and treating everyone like family. Even while under construction, the energy is still vibrant, and I’m genuinely excited to see the new changes unfold. A true neighborhood gem!
